It is a recently restored building situated a few hundred metres from Reggia di Colorno (to which it is linked by a cycle path) and near the junction of the bypass to the centre of the town. In a few minutes you can reach the SPIP industrial areas of Parma, of S. Polo di Torrile and Casale Mezzani, the Fairs of Baganzola, the motorway entry of Parma, G. Verdi airport and the Po river. It is located in the centre of the best Emilian food-and-wine tradition, with its excellent products. It has 5 comfortably furnished and fully equipped 2/3 bedded rooms. Our guests can also rent a 4-bed flat in the attic with a living-room, with kitchenette, a double bedroom and private facilities. There is also a large park with high trees and a convenient car park on premises.
